Innovative Inspections is led by Lin Boatwright, a 30 year veteran in the real estate space. Lin has developed, built, sold, and financed homes for 100s of clients. He has turned his attention to the home inspection industry to deliver the single best experience a potential buyer or homeowner can have during an inspection. Lin is knowledgeable and approachable to everyone he meets and will give his all on every inspection. Lin is a licensed home inspector with the State of Illinois and a member of ASHI and InterNachi.
